Last year, movie theaters all over the world experienced a disturbing story, but masterfully portrayed by actor Joaquin Phoenix (Signs, Gladiator, Her, Walk the Line) and director Todd Phillips (The Hangover Trilogy, War Dogs).

The film has generated the most diverse reactions in the public since its release. From people who say the film is dangerous — for showing the ultimate rise of a psychopath — to some angry fans stating that this is not the Joker from the comics.

I don’t care about the fidelity to the comics when I can understand that there is a different proposal to the work, and it is extremely successful in its execution.

Many people say that Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight is not the real Batman, however, in my opinion, he is the best one I've seen in movies. I’m sorry for Tim Burton’s nostalgic fans, but Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne doesn’t work for me — he's a great actor, just not Batman material.

What I want with this text is not to criticize the film, because there is nothing more to talk about, right? The film is excellent and Joaquin Phoenix’s interpretation is brilliant — he won the Oscars. With that being said, let’s get down to business. If you…
